A G♭ major triad in second inversion over a C pedal bass. The bass is a single note, not a triad, so it is a slash chord rather than a true polychord. Read from C, it is C7♭5♭9 with no third.
The main title theme: the second chord of the four-bar piano loop Cm – G♭/C – F/C – A♭m/C, all over a C pedal
A G flat major triad in second inversion (D flat, G flat, B flat) played over a low C. It is the second chord of the four-chord piano loop in the Severance title theme. G flat is a tritone from C, as far away as a key can get, so a calm-sounding triad sits uneasily on the bass. The loop runs C minor, this chord, F over C, A flat minor over C, and the C underneath never moves.
Also called G♭/C
