The cue 'Drywall' (album track 4), where low strings on an E octave sit against low brass on F

Two notes a half step apart at the very bottom of the orchestra: low strings on an E octave while the low brass sits on F. That low, the clash growls and throbs instead of sounding like a chord, pitting E minor against F minor. It comes in Jóhannsson's cue 'Drywall', the tense build-up heard as the drums grind on.
